Using the CO-extrusion method, we can combine the advantages of two different types of membranes: food grade and maximum resistance to external aggressions.
The food-grade inner wall of the tube allows milk to pass through safely without the release of harmful substances.
The specially designed outer wall, on the other hand, has the task of protecting the tube from attack by all the elements, organic and otherwise, that can be found in a hostile environment such as the milking parlour.
This optimisation of the tube's performance is fully in line with the requirements of the BfR (European) and FDA (American) food regulations.
The technical specifications of the materials from which the tube is made allow it to be used even at extreme temperatures: from -25 °C to +110 °C.
We recommend replacing this product once a year.
