The flat surface of the liner's mouthpiece allows a fast milking and gives the chance to use a rather low level of pneumatic vacuum. It is appropriate for medium to heavy milking clusters and it can be used for heterogeneous udders.
The multiple ring design allows to minimize intrusions of external particles into the shell and to avoid twistings by the liner's barrel. This also allows to easily adjust the tension of the liner, according to the shell length and according to the loss of rubber elasticity.
The groove by the tail eases the collapse of the liner's rubber walls, for a precise vacuum closing point.
Thanks to TiMEPRO© compound, specifically engineered for zootechnics, the black rubber liner assures an average lifetime of 1.000 milking hours or 3.000 milking cycles. That's 20% more than what the market offers as standard.
