The flat surface of the liner's mouthpiece allows a fast milking and gives the chance to use a rather low level of pneumatic vacuum. It is appropriate for medium to heavy milking clusters and it can be used for heterogeneous udders.The multi-ring design allows to minimize the penetration of external particles into the shell and to avoid twisting from the liner tubes. It also makes it easy to adjust the tension of the liner in relation to the length of the shell and the loss of rubber elasticity.
The star or lamella reinforcement by the liner's tail is designed to protect and to absorb possible shocks from the outside.
Thanks to TiMEPRO© compound, specifically engineered for zootechnics, the black rubber liner assures an average lifetime of 1.000 milking hours or 3.000 milking cycles. That's 20% more than what the market offers as standard.
